Yes. The "cockpit windows" are strictly decorative. This is just a subscale model. I think they just want people to be able to visualize this exotic new shape as a commercial transport.

Personally, I think it looks cool but I'm not sure I would want to ride in one as a passenger. Most of the seats will be in the middle, and not near a window. That is primarily a marketing problem. More important, how do you safely evacuate the passengers in an emergency? It is much easier to get people out of a conventional tubular fuselage than from a blended wing-body. That is a safety issue.
