Sounds like there are two things going on at Warm Springs. I did not know about the road construction, but roads in the area are being re-paved regularly because of the harsh climate. NDOT cleared out and leveled the dirt on either side of Hwy 375 a while back. Maybe that is what's going on. The pool and the buildings at Warm Springs belong to the local rancher family. I noticed the area being fenced off a while ago. There has been talk about it being renovated and re-opened for the public, but I don't know of any specifics.
