Nope, they just said that UAE didn't want any photos of them. Then other photographers had said they've been saying that with other exercises as well. Yes, HL is Hill AFB. If I remember correctly, it was the paint they don't want shot. Like the shaw birds. Im not 100% on that. Anything with an OT tail was also not allowed to be shot.
