As one commenter to the linked story states, seems very unlikely that any truly secret project would be left parked outside in the daylight on the back corner of a tarmac amid various odds, ends, and derelict airframes.

Not sure what it is, but, I can't think it is anything that Lockheed is terribly worried about keeping a secret about.
