Nevermind on all these questions which I see most of which were already discussed in the thread down below in Glenn Campbell's free viewers guide post.

Looks like Chuck Clark simply published and kept up his own version of a viewers guide to Area 51 after Glenn Campbell left Rachel. This is viewers guide (Chuck Clark's) version that I bought at the gas station/mini-mart when I was there back in 2005.
