I haven't been there recently but the highway is usually clear. You may see some snow in the valley, and definitely in the mountains around Groom. There may be some snow on Groom Lake Road, but it is usually drivable for most cars. (Anyone with recent report?)
Make sure to stop at the Little A'Le'Inn in Rachel. That alone is worth the trip, and the owners Pat and Joe, and their daughter Connie, are great people.
