An all-weather sight-screen too, since they don't have to worry about mother-nature bringing down a metal screen. A nice long-term, low-maintainence obstution. Clever on their part really, plus they don't have to ship any materials in to fix it. Just fire up an earth mover, dig up some dirt and add to it.
