Just on a rant, I pity any air arm that buys the 'B' version. In the long run, the headaches would be far less with the 'C' model, in terms of complexity and reliablity. The redesigning of the carrier decks would be fairly straight forward, since it would be based in an established system, and with a carrier already properly sized for CATBAR operations. In my opinion, the limitaions of the 'B' outweigh any supposed cost differences between the two models.
