Well, if the hanger is about 95ft high, it would be possible to use an aircraft type like the 747 Shuttle Carrier (63ft) so long as the intend partner vehicle is smaller than the Shuttle, although the 747 could be ruled out due to its span and length. The parking area on the north side is one reason I thought about the facility being a mate-demate structure, since the launch aircraft may not be as obvious as the vehicle it intends to launch, and hence they could get away with in being left out in the open while the parnter vehicle is being readied in the hanger.
Another idea I had was that if the hanger was not meant for mated aircraft, it was at least intended to operte more than one aircraft of the same type, which would be another expanation for the northern parking area. Had the hanger been intended for one aircraft, such a parking area would not be needed, since a lone machine could do engine runs with both north and south doors open, and safely under cover.
Also the layout for maneuvering around the hanger seems to indicate a rapid turn-around and deployment capiblity, given the markings to have the aircraft taxi around to the back and enter the hanger in a posistion with a bee-line to the taxiway out to the runways.
