SAPs are compartmented programs usually involving R&D. While at CIFA, which is now part of DIA, I was responsible for counterintelligence at all Red Flag events at NTTR. That is unclassified by the way. Finally, have you actually read and NDR? Mentioning I worked at NTTR is unclassified. Providing details regarding a SAP is what I cannot mention.
