OT: New GE imagery at Edwards & Palmdale

Hi folks,
There seems to be new imagery of Edwards AFB on GE dated 12/4/11
Couple of things I've noticed:At the northern end of the base, just to the east of the NASA shuttle mate/demate facility, is that the Boeing Phantom Eye?

Also, at Palmdale there are a two C-5s on the ramp at the Lockheed facility - do they maintain them there or could they have been loading up something interesting for transport to a more 'remote' location?
