There appears to be a similar area fenced off at Creech AFB. The aircraft there isn't black and burned but looks like it's next to a firefighting burn building at: 36° 35.753'N, 115° 39.591'W

This facility is just a stone's throw from a newly constructed fire station at: 36° 35.757'N, 115° 39.816'W
