new radio antenna on the market

Next time you pass a 18 wheeler and do not see a radio antenna look at the MUD FLAP. If you go to the link there is a new radio antenna so if you think the truck has no radio for communications think again.
This just came out check out the video wonder if it will be used on vehicles going to Area 51 with cargo?
