While we're all asking for input from Peter Merlin - Do you have any comments, insights, examples, or stories of what these sorts of projects look like or could be? Just curious if that's just a measure of how high-profile a project might be in terms of funding, or if these sorts of projects are different from the seemingly bread-and-butter classified aircraft shakedowns happening on the base.
Reading through your brief introductory history in the Arcadia book, you mention 'presidentially directed' projects.
