Not sure where that specific cafe is located but once upon a time "atomic" wasn't a dirty word and actually illicited visions of cheap, plentiful energy. There is an Atomic City in Idaho (first town to receive nuclear generated electricity), Atomic Bowl (or Lanes) bowling alleys here and there. There are (or were)other nuclear/atomic businesses in towns where the nuclear industry or uranium mining took place. My bet for the cafe location would be Tri-Cities, Washington or Grants, NM.
