Unfortunately the dates I posted is about the only information regarding the exercises I have at this time. Nellis won't release any info, and my FOIA, which I routinely file around October, is being delayed even more so than in previous years. The last I heard was that I can expect an answer in February.

As for the Jaded Thunder exercise, I don't know more about it than what you can google. Which is surprisingly vague, considering the exercise goes back to at least 2008.
