what extensive engine testing are your referring to? such an aircraft would probably would have a different engine than the B2 - i don't think it would be profitable to restart that production line a few years down the road. for the concept demonstration phase of the program they could use B2 engines. i like your winglets concept being an aero engineer. thank you for not sumarily dismissing my idea as that of a mad man..... :-)
