This foundation's certainly look identical, it's interesting however that it looks like they're only building one hangar and there are 2 helicopters stationed at Groom. I took a close look at the hangars at Nellis and it almost looks like that long section out the back as some kind of a deflector at the end? I wonder if maybe it's set up so they can run the engines at full throttle inside?
