I found the USGS site that has earthquakes in Nevada. You would expect a bomb test to be very shallow rather than klometers under the earth. That narrows down the possibilities. I would guess that this magnitude 1 event may be an explosive test:

01/12/09 16:45:18 37.43N 116.05W 0.0 1.0Ml 85.4 km SSE of WARM SPRINGS, NEVA

This particular point is in a restricted area as far as I can tell. Incidentally, the area near Stonewall Pass has lots of "hits", but they are very deep, around 6KM. It may be a seimic zone.

Anyway, that "test" happened on the 9th. The NTS mentions the "Oboe" series of tests, but I don't believe they are very explosive.
