Well, here we are at the end of a 30 year era. The last flight of the Space Transportation System. Atlantis STS-135, T-minus 24 hours and counting! Although extremely expensive to operate, I will surely miss watching them fly. And I also have to admit I really hope the weather in Florida goes South in about two weeks so Atlantis will land at Edwards AFB. I would like to see another mission in person one last time. God Speed Atlantis!

Launch time: 1526 GMT (11:26 a.m. EDT)
Launch site: LC-39A, Kennedy Space Center, Florida

STS-135 will be the 37th U.S. mission to the International Space Station. The flight will carry the Raffaello multi-purpose logistics module with supplies for the International Space Station. Atlantis will also launch a robotic satellite refueling experiment and return a failed ammonia pump module to Earth.
