Interesting - just monitored SAMP 809 on 364.200 Mhz - 49K over Los Alamos - talking to DRAGNET VICTOR (AWACS) on AICC "RTB to KLSV." Also heard on 251.100 MHz (Albuquerque Center) NASA809. Said he wanted flight following to KLSV. I'm thinking nuclear sampling mission?
