Contrary to popular belief, this was NOT the F-35s airshow debut, flying OR static. Last year at one of the Dallas-Ft Worth shows, one of them did at least one flyby (photos were published in World Airshow News) and at the last Edwards show, there was a genuine, non-mockup bird on display.
