Please recognize that the story about "we only got the wrong half" is EXACTLY the story that the CIA would say if they got ALL of the sub. Thee is no reviewable evidence of anything so whatever story they issued is what goes in the history books. I guess they spent all that time, money and even built a ship WITHOUT considering ALL the variables and were surprised with what happened? OK.
