I have monitored the E-6A and E-6B TACAMO quite a few times when it operates out of RAF Mildenhall.
Its operational area most of the time is actually not far from my location so it passes overhead enroute.
I then sit back and relax and listen to the Orderwire/EAM's being broadcast.
Unfortunately i am too far away from Mildenhall to hear the GEP, which is at the base.
You need a scanner with SSB to listen to the Orderwire properly.

It is broadcast on WFM but NFM will do.
You get some lovely weird callsigns in use by the TACAMO but the front end, when in England is usually RAZZ. The Backend can be alsorts of wierd and wonderful callsigns.

The best place to be to see these and monitor them is Offutt AFB and Tinker AFB. Travis is used as a TDY base for Pacific Operations...thats why you see a few there sometimes.
