I hiked to the B-36 site back in December. Still quite a few large pieces such as one of the turbines, propellers and landing gear struts. Lots of melted aluminum as well. The climb is strenuous but it is worth doing. I've also heard there was a B-24 in the mountains a bit further south from the B-36 site.
