That was pretty much my reaction, Pete. I was supposed to receive a free copy of the book to review on my site. After TD sent me the link yesterday I did some research and subsequently emailed the PR folks to not bother to send me a copy. The answer was simply: We'll take you off the list. Very sad. I feel that the book was started with good intentions, but somewhere along the way the PR people must have decided that it needed some spicing up.
