Indeed,this is very possible,that helicopter treatment have had happened in the middle of the desert,but how can you explain the presence of two other cars ( Truck & Trailer and Jeep Wrangler),and medical procedure in complete darkness for at least 30 minutes between helicopter landing and taking off.What about two lights that took off afterwards in a total silence from the very same place,not mentioning all the other strange lights that we saw for next several hours ?........
