Will do 9th Life. I was in Rachel last week and did a little recon out to the KENO Airfield. The road to Cedar Gate is closed due to paving. There are several dirt roads that will get you there if you are willing to drive a little further on the detour. Too bad Tiago pass is not open (in May -wow???) But then again my first date with my wife was spent at Lake Winnemucca, just south of Lake Tahoe in September of 2000. She got a mild case of hypothermia after our hike. Trippy... MAFEX is way better than Red Flag especially if you like the "heavies." I knew C-130s were made to land on short dirt airfields but I nearly s**t myself when I saw the C-17 Globalmaster do it!!! I'd take the long route down if I were you! Call in sick, fake your own death, whatever dude! Hope to see you there... Gregos
