I do not tend to believe this an entirely "new" helicopter. The images of the tail and hub lend me to think it a seriously modified version of the standard general Blackhawk/Seahawk with changes to the main & tail rotor assemblies along with likely alterations to the engine and exhaust areas for noise reasons. There's no slouching in realizing that a 35-year old chopper design can take and absorb a little 15-year old technology adjustment.

Do you need a "stealth" Blackhawk to sneak-up on a terrorist safehouse? No. All you need is one with modified and marginally decreased detectability versus the standard military helo.

That's all this is. We don't have a monster stealthy chopper here, no, just a very reasonable extenuation of well known tech ultimately revealed to the public after years of applications.

This would also be the most logical and traceable explanation.
