What is a Delta space/aircraft?

Hey this might have been discussed previously but thought some Dreamlanders might know something about this. Thought this video was kind of dumb as they watch satellites orbit the Earth, but then they spotted some sort of aircraft around the 4:40 mark. Is this just a normal fighter jet?
