My first reaction is beware......Sounds like another scam.......Don't know of any law that prohibits reading of wikileaks.....Leaving a "defense" in itself might not do any harm (???), but most likely there would be other personal info questions such as address, tel, SS#, etc, etc....that would do harm....
Unless you receive a letter from an "law firm" I'd ignore such stuff.....Then I'd call them and jump their stuff about violations of my civil/constitutional rights and freedoms.....

I have caller ID and unless I know the person or the business (like the VA) I don't even bother anwering.
