Tikaboo outpost

I am new here and have read about 5 years of posts so forgive me if this has been suggested before but it seems to me trips to Tikaboo rarely see anything other than the base. Why?

1) They know someone is up there and won't fly.
2) Trekkers can only go up at weekends when the base is inactive.
3) Very little flying/testing happens.

So what if a permenantly manned post was set up, taking it in shifts or one person staying there and being re-supplied weekly with food and water? This would increase the odds of seeing/hearing something. If after let's say 6 months nothing was seen or heard what conclusions could be drawn?

I wonder how security would view such a thing, harassment levels would increase me thinks.

And finally suppore gold was struck, a photo of a Top Secret plane, vital to the security of the Free World, a real battle winner. Should it really be made public?

Sorry bit of a long post.
