I always thought the NASA 747 would get involved in some flight testing for UAV's and other experiments, it would be a waste of good hardware now the STS is being wound down. Some here are better at measuring the New Hanger than me, would this fit inside making it a Vehicle Assembly Building for such tests? Peter Merlin has already pointed out there are Hangers of similar size elsewhere but the height lends itself to being able to lift a craft up and mount it on top of another plane such as the 747.
