This is a company (ATAC)of former US Navy & USAF pilots that contract to the military..... Their website explains the mission.....And yes they have some A-4M's, plus F-21's and Hunters...... At Nellis probable acting as adverseries. The USAF version of Top Gun is at Nellis AFB....Fallon Naval Air Station is the Top Gun school for the USN and USMC pilots....Was at Miramar (and I assume some flying was done at Fallon). Several years ago now, the USN turned the base over to the USMC the Top Gun scool moved entirely to Fallon.....The Fallon location makes more sense anyway...... HTH
