I captured this photo today at about 4:30 on the way home from work. The shot was taken at Red Rock Canyon. Red Rock Canyon is near Mt. Charleston. There really are some amazing views from Mt. Charleston of the Range. I believe you can see Groom Lake from somewhere on Mt. Charleston. Obviously, being so far away the view would be limited, but I bet it would be breathtaking. The Southern Nevada desert is a beautiful part of the country. We are really lucky to live here.
