Well, I don't think there's enough fidelity in the image to make a definitive guess. But, it surely could be an F-117A. But, it could also be an F-14. It has a similar profile from that angle...the verticle stabilizers protrude over the trailing edges and the wings fold to a delta shape. Aircraft size is nearly impossible to discerne without a reference, like another known airframe nearby, etc. Further, it could be an airframe that hasn't been documented yet. There's no reason to beleive that it must be an aircraft that has been publicly displayed.
