I just messed around with Photoshop and came up with this (I'm not an expert at this, just a hack). The first frame shows the image after adjusting color levels; it turns out that bringing out the red levels seemed to make it jump out a little bit more. The second frame is after filling in some of the missing and distorted blocks in the middle of the aircraft shape. Verdict....F117?
