Sorry if I bring so much to the forum. Most of the at Groom is for intelligence purposes. Most of what I post is so-called "sanitized." I'm not giving away any secrets here. "Gene" has retired and has given public interviews before. The Have Region was partially de-classified; it was not an orbital system, but sub-orbital. The AF knows this, but will not acknowledge. They (the AF) doesn't care "too" much about some stuff that has already been canceled.
