If you are planing to visit the EDW AFB museum, looks like a good deal of advanced planning is needed. This is from an email I received today:

The base is closed for visiting, except on Fridays when we offer a general public tour. Normally we offer one general public tour per month. We have nothing for you on the date you're asking about. We can send you more information on the general public tours, including instructions on how to make reservations, if you'd like.

The general public tour dates for the next several months are:
