Magoo, that's the figures I got from sources from the Air Force and Lockheed. What load provisions or an almost complete stripped-down B-52 that was modified, I do not know. It would seem that with the wing loading and other mods, the B-52 could make to the stated 68,000-ft. Ask Bill Sweetman, he has the same info as I do.
