The KingAir in question is not an RC-12. I am famililiar with RC-12 and its mission is SIGNET. The aircraft in question has a civil registry and paint job. It is registered to Commuter Air Technologies in Joke City. It appears to be equipped with a FLIR pod and has a large mod on the belly near the CG. There are numerous interesting antennas but no where near those on an RC-12.
