If the aircraft in question is a RC-12P Huron, this is a very advanced and super sensitive reconnaissance and electronic monitoring spy plane used by the Army. This aircraft is believed to use all kinds of top secret technology. Sort of the Army equivalent of the Navy's P-3 Ares or the Air Force's E-6 or E-8.
