Long-time lurker here (about 5 years now). I live in Las Vegas in a high-rise that overlooks City Center, Excalibur, New York New York and many of the other South-end Strip casinos. Of particular note, I also overlook almost the entire Janet airport and a good chunk of the parking lot. While I can't see the full planes from here (slightly obstructed by the Janet terminal), I can easily make out all of the aircraft tails and most of the fuselages. If you guys are interested, I'd be more than happy to set up a webcamera stream for this site, but I'd need recommendations on camera, lens, connections, etc. Also, it'd be really nice, if the equipment is pricey, if you guys would be willing to pitch in for exchange I'd host the cam for at least a year and take care of the bandwidth bills, etc. Anyway, just a thought since I read so many updates. Could be something cool for everyone here? Here's a link to a photo with my view. I just snapped this on my iPhone and it's obviously night time right now (1:40 AM PST), but you get the general idea of my vantage point.
