Indeed...this is a fantastic and very interesting find. Although the content of the manual itself could easily raise a thousand questions, several other questions are immediately evident: 1) The obvious one that Theran asks: there is of course something similar that the Air Force uses for the Nellis ranges. Could this possibly be somewhere in the public domain (and/or "available")?? 2) Has this Fallon manual (or similar document) been available anywhere else to the public before? I also ask this in the context of what else might be out there from other "interesting" bases? The truth is (slowly coming) out there.... Rick
3) There are broader "issues" here with regard to what I assume is a "secured" document, over which there are certain responsibilities. A can of worms anyone, or good for our collective interests?
