So what is up with the tower? I remember when it was first found ppl had opinions on what exactly what it was and how it worked. So since then has anyone saw something similar at another RCS range or anything that can shed light on this structure? If it is indeed for RCS purposes? It seems this is a structure that is found only at one place: Groom Lake.
