Very interesting! In pictures #46 and #47, the buildings and contents of those buildings look as if they are maintained and used from time to time, and #19 definitely shows at least one of the buildings is used. There is also a small very modern wind turbine to provide power in #47. Also the licence plate on 1 of the trucks is 'GROOMM9' I think, but it certainly says 'GROOM' on it.
