Nellis being a training base has pretty much a Monday to Friday schedule.........Saturday and Sunday traffic is largely "transient"......However, outside of Red Flag one seldom gets to see a such a wide variety of types and service branches......Seems to be a long tradition of aircraft hittin' Nellis/Vegas for the weekend.......I remember seeing all kinds on the weekends......
That said, I've nearly seen the same at Ellington Field (Houston).....By Friday afternoon you could see A-7's, F-14's, F-18's, F-16's, F-16's, Rf-4's, E-6's...etc...
