These two frequencies are usually paired, with 377.85 being Ops and 375.8 being Mission. Ramrod controls aircraft during tests in the Dreamland MOA. They usually operate west of the Box, so you would not have seen or heard them. They sometimes use Ops for launch and recovery instead of the Groom freq's.

Tests like you describe are typical on these frequencies. Hard to tell what they start or stop, and what the test is with only the test card number to go on. The door cycle is unusual, though. from other observations I believe that during that time they were testing mods on the bay doors of the B-2.
