The CIA is over at Nellis where they train the outsourced support for their rapidly growing drone air force. That would be Blackwater (AKA Xe). They operate the drone air force from 3 secret bases in Pakistan for operations in Pakistan. The term secret is kind of misleading as this is all pretty much common knowledge.
