Accoording to Wikipedia and Nellis AFB's own site the Agressor Squadron are still an integral part of the "USAF Pilot Training Regimen".......I personally can't see them NOT having such an inclusion....
Now they may have stood down in the time period you mentioned to upgrade, or to evaluate procedures (could have has several crashes), etc.....
BUT they will NEVER EVER cancel a program over pilots having "bad blood and/or are jealousy".....Pilot are highly competitive people by nature.......and are always trying to be the best(pilot)....That's what keeps them sharp....
I don't know where you read that or got it, but forget it.....Tain't true.......
